Robert Lewandowski was the top scorer in the Champions League last season, and his 15 goals were instrumental in Bayern Munich winning the competition.

The German giants collected their sixth Champions League trophy after beating Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 in the final of the tournament, with Kingsley Coman scoring the winning goal early in the second half.

Haaland followed with 10 goals for both RB Salzburg and Dortmund, and nine goals from Bayern teammate Serge Gnabry placed him third.
