A.C. Milan vs. Udinese prediction, odds, how to watch, live stream: Feb. 25, 2022 Italian Serie A expert picks

AC Milan dodged a bullet last weekend when none of the clubs that join them in the top six of the Italian Serie A table came away with a win. Had Ante Rebic not found the back of the net in the 77th minute against last place Salernitana, the Rossoneri would have ended with the most disappointing result of the group. Milan looks for a more convincing effort on Friday when it hosts a 16th place Udinese side that held them to a 1-1 draw in mid-December. You can see what happens next when you stream the game live on Paramount+.

Kickoff from San Siro is set for 12:45 pm ET. AC Milan is the -225 favorite (risk $225 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest AC Milan vs. Udinese odds from Caesars Sportsbook, with Udinese at +700 underdog. A draw is priced at +325 and the over-under for total goals scored is 2.5. Friday’s match will be streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

Italian Serie A picks for Udinese vs. AC Milan

Before tuning into Friday’s match, you need to see the Udinese vs. AC Milan picks from European soccer insider Jon Eimer. Eimer is a high-volume bettor who has vast knowledge of leagues and players across the globe. Since joining SportsLine, Eimer has covered the English Premier League, Serie A, the FA Cup and much more. The Indiana-based handicapper compiled a winning record of 260-133-1 with over 90 units of profit for his community on various platforms over a recent two-month stretch.

For AC Milan vs. Udinese, Eimer is backing Milan winger Rafael Leao to score in the match at +150 odds. Over Milan’s last nine matches, Leao has taken on a bigger role in the Rossoneri’s attack, with five goals during that stretch. The return on the wager is significant because Leao carries something of a boom-or-bust factor. Against Roma on January 6, he only touched the ball 14 times in 27 minutes on the pitch, but prompted two shot-creating actions and scored a goal. In matches against Juventus on January 23 and most recently against Salernitana, he had 46 and 50 touches respectively, six total shots, but no goals to show.

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic likely to remain out with an Achilles issue that has plagued him all season, Olivier Giroud will man the top of the formation, but Leao has proven himself to be the more electric player on the left wing. Leao wasn’t in the lineup when Milan last faced Udinese, so he’ll have the advantage of unfamiliarity over the Little Zebras. Additionally, Udinese will be without captain and center back Bram Nuytinck (knee, thigh) and comes into the match already stretched thin on defense.

“Udinese has been the punching bag for teams multiple times already in 2022, suffering a 6-2 loss to Atalanta, a 2-0 loss to Juventus and a 4-0 loss to Verona so far this year,” Eimer told SportsLine. “Udinese is having trouble defending against high-power offenses like much of Serie A and will have trouble holding back Giroud and Leao on the Milan side.”
