Adamari Lopez fought because ‘This is how you dance’ was that reality that Telemundo lacked and he got it. And in the semifinal, the judge, it was for another challenge: to dance again with her ex Toni Costa.
After leaving everyone with their mouths open in the sensual dance with Toni and the surprise of the night with the ending with Alaïa, we speak exclusively with Adamari who started us by saying: “We must continue to be an example for our daughter”.
-How did you feel dancing together again?
Adamari Lopez: I felt good dancing on the floor with Toni, I was the one who made the decision to want to dance with him, and it was something I wanted to do to close that cycle that we had for 10 years, I felt calm and I think it was a nice experience especially for our daughter Alaïa.
-You fell in love on a track, and Ada you say that today is a symbolic way to close that cycle on a track as well, how do you feel after this personal closure?
Adamari López: I feel good and calm, I understand that this is a different stage and that we must move forward for the well-being of the family, and that we must continue to be an example for our daughter, so I feel calm and satisfied with what I have achieved and where I am taking my daughter Alaïa.
-How was it for Alaïa to be with you on the track?
Adamari López: Alaïa was very happy, she understood that she danced within the show, She was very excited, she looked very happy, she looked satisfied with what she had done, and we reinforced it by telling him that he had done it very beautiful. She wanted to keep her heels on for the whole show, she was very, very happy, I think she will have to take more dance classes because she likes it.
-A message to the public that sees you, follows your story like a novel, and that may feel reflected in you …
Adamari López: I always thank you for your love and support in all stages of my personal life, Without the public and without their affection, everything would be more difficult, but I have always felt lucky and sheltered for the affection of the public. Let you know – let him know – let her know that life is one, you have to live it, you have to enjoy it, you have to learn from difficult moments, you have to move onSo I am grateful to the audience for their support, their love, their prayers, and their good wishes for me, my daughter, and my family.
