Regarding the attack against the police officers who were guarding the entrance to the DNI offices in Bilbao, the Chamber notes that the accused handed over the ETA members Agustín Almaraz and Aitor Fresnedo the weapons with which they committed said action on January 13, 1995.

It reports that the members of the command went to the national police officers who were guarding the two entrances to the offices for the issuance of identity documents and passports in Bilbao and fired at them, one of whom died on the spot while the other suffered serious injuries.
