Apple announces the dates of its Worldwide Developers Conference


The company Manzana has announced that his World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) will take place from June 6 to 10 in format online and it will be free for all developers. As usual at the event, information is expected regarding innovations in iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS, in addition to the possibility of contacts between developers and Apple engineers.

“The goal of the WWDC has always been to offer a meeting point where you can socialize and feel part of a community,” he said. Susan Prescott, vice president of International Developer Relations and Marketing for Enterprise and Education at Apple. “WWDC22 upholds that principle and invites developers from around the world to come together to discover how to bring their best ideas to life and push the boundaries of what is possible. At WWDC22, Apple’s developer community, now more than 30 million strong, will be able to get training and access technologies and tools to bring their projects to life. In addition to the announcements that will be made during the conference and the presentation State of the Unionthe program of the event will include more informative sessions, more state-of-the-art laboratories, more digital rooms and more localized content to expand the global projection of the event.

In parallel to the virtual conference, Apple will host a special day for developers and students at Apple Park on June 6 to attend the key note and the videos of State of the Union, along with the online community. Space will be limited and information to attend will be provided on Apple’s developer site and in the app.

For the third year in a row, Apple will challenge student coders with the Swift Student Challenge. Swift Playgrounds is an app for iPad and Mac that teaches you how to code with Swift. This year, students will have to create a project of apps in free-choice Swift Playgrounds and submit your creations by April 25.
