Thanks to a leak of the iPhone schematics, we already know how the differences between the four models that will be presented this year would be. We show it to you in detail.
Summer is getting closer, and with it we are getting closer to the two most important events by Apple, which means that the leaks and rumors are going to grow exponentially.
Just a few days ago we were already talking about the rumors about Apple’s new operating system, iOS 16, because in less than two months we will have the well-known WWDC, a conference for developers where we will see the new software from the Californian company.
Although the event of the presentation of the iPhone is still a long way off, that has not managed to stop with the leaks regarding what the new models will be like, and today we bring you even more information if possible.
Thanks to a leak of schematics from the company with the bitten apple, we know what differences there would be between the different models of iPhones.
As the rumors for several months announced, this year we will have four different models, which will be iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
As usual, there will be a few basic models, and two Pro models. These used to vary in hardware looks, but this time it will also do it in terms of design thereof.
According to this latest leak, the base models, the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max, are expected to keep practically the same design than last year’s models, with smaller margins, yes.
The Pro models will be different from what we are used to, first getting rid of the notchand showing a front with a small pill and a hole (front camera), in addition to quite small frames in both models, both the 6.1-inch 14 Pro and the 6.7-inch 14 Pro Max.
As for cameras, it is expected that base models include a dual-chamber systemwith a size similar to what has already been seen in the iPhone 13. In turn, the Pro model will have a larger modulebecause a triple camera system is expected, which will also mount a 48 Mpx sensor with a size 35% larger than the one it has now.
As expected, Pro models will have screens with a refresh rate of 120Hzwhile the base models will stick to 60Hz (hopefully 90Hz, that would be an interesting move on Apple’s part).
As for the chipset that these models will mount, the iPhone 14 and 14 Max are expected to mount a somewhat improved A15 Bionicwhich they will call A16 Bionic, while the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max they would mount an A16 Proa much improved version.
Thanks also to another leak, we can know which models will be eliminated once the new iPhone 14 arrives. Once the iPhone 13s were presented, Apple discontinued the iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone XR, and a new report seems to indicate that the iPhone 11 will be next in this month of September.
This also makes all the sense in the world, because it has been seen that after the presentation of the new iPhone SE, many users they have preferred to spend 70 dollars more to get the iPhone 11due to its better design and cameras.
This movement would try to eliminate all the competition that this iPhone SE could have within the same company to try to increase the sales of a device that users are not quite liking.
We are waiting to see more information regarding these remodeled iPhones, and we will tell you everything we know in the coming weeks.
