The WHO says no causal relationship has been established between the vaccine and the reported health problems.

Countries should not stop the use of the AstraZeneca covid-19 vaccine because there is no indication that it causes clots.

This was said by the World Health Organization (WHO) on Friday, after several countries decided to suspend the use of the vaccine due to fears of a link between inoculation and the development of clots.

WHO spokeswoman Margaret Harris indicated that are being investigated the reports but so far no causal relationship has been established between the vaccine and the reported health problems.

“We must continue to use the AstraZeneca vaccine,” Harris said. “There is no reason to stop using it.”
