ASUS announces servers and workstations

Technological advances are playing a fundamental role in many sectors, especially in medicine, with solutions capable of carrying out diagnoses in 3D images thanks to AI that increase the accuracy of medical interpretation.

On the occasion of the NVIDIA GTC 2022, ASUS has presented a solution with these characteristics, as well as the confirmation that some servers and workstations will be compatible with the new NVIDIA RTX A5500 graphics.

NVIDIA RTX A5500 Compatible ASUS Products

The NVIDIA RTX A5500 GPU desktop version combines next-generation CUDA, RT, and Tensor cores with 24GB of graphics memory to power the most complex design and visualization workflows.

For its part, the ASUS Pro E500 G7 is a workstation designed to accelerate the rendering of multithreaded applications, simulation projects and ray tracing in real time.

It is supported by an RTX A5500 GPU and an Intel Xeon W-series processor, and features two 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports for smooth file transfers and high-resolution video streaming.

ASUS also offers a wide selection of servers for various workloads that support up to eight RTX A5500 GPUs, including models: RS720A-E11-RS24U, RS700A-E11-RS12U, and ESC4000-E11.

Omniverse NVIDIA Omniverse

Compatible with the Omniverse Ecosystem NVIDIA Omniverse is an innovative 3D design platform built to connect creators, designers, researchers, and engineers, individually or in teams, to share assets, applications, and tools and help them Develop your ideas in the most efficient way.

And for enterprise organizations, NVIDIA-certified ESC4000-E10 servers and NVIDIA RTX A6000 graphics support multi-user collaboration through Omniverse Enterprise.

WinBrain deep learning

The company has collaborated with InwinStack to present a 3D medical solution that, leveraging WinBrain deep learning methodology, intelligently improves medical image interpretation and eliminates human omissions.

This solution has been put to use in primary brain tumor research at the radiology department of the Taipei Veterans General Hospital, where it has helped accurately identify tumors; classifying them as general or typical brain tumors. It has also produced excellent results in places that are not easy to interpret.
