Bengals’ Eli Apple rips Giants, Saints in Twitter tirade: ‘I don’t know which fanbase I hate more’

Talk about a bad apple.

Bengals cornerback Eli Apple went on a late-night tirade on Twitter calling out his former teams at the Giants and Saints, criticizing them and their fans. In fact, he claimed not to know which one he hated more:

Apple’s tirade began by citing a Clay Travis video on Twitter showing Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs taking down a Chiefs fan who ran onto the field from Sunday’s AFC division game. Apple said, “This is what I want to do to the Ravens Saints and Giants fans.” Following his initial response, Apple wondered which fan he hated the most before fans started responding to him. He was more than willing to commit to them.

Apple, the 10th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, is widely considered a draft bust, having played for four different teams in four seasons since 2018. He played in New York from 2016 to 2018 before being traded. midseason to the Saints.
