Get ready for one of the most quirky bowl seasons of recent times, if not ever.
Traditional bowl draws, COVID-19 exclusion options, and elimination of a record low of .500 will all be factored into the 2020-21 bowl season, not to mention the 15 bowl games canceled. While the bowls of the 6th of New Year’s Day remain practically intact, the other bowls remain in the air.
With that said, there are some interesting bowl matchups already, including No. 18 Miami vs. No. 21 Oklahoma State in the Cheez-It Bowl, No. 14 Northwestern vs. Auburn in the Citrus Bowl, and No. 12 Coastal Carolina vs. Liberty at the Cure Bowl, among others.
