College Football Schedule Today: TV Channels, Start Times for All 2021 NCAA Championship Games

The College Football Playoff selection committee has the fewest games to watch all season on Saturday, but it probably has the toughest decision of the 2021 campaign to make.

Conference championship weekend is here, and the committee is likely praying for the chalk to hold up and make their job as easy as possible. If that’s the case, then only one decision needs to be made, for the fourth place overall, that is, the last team in, of the final standings.

To that end, the committee will watch with great interest the SEC championship game between No. 1 Georgia and No. 3 Alabama. Other games they will closely monitor are the Big Ten championship between No. 2 Michigan and No. 13 Iowa; the Big 12 championship between No. 5 Oklahoma State and No. 9 Baylor; and the AAC championship between No. 4 Cincinnati and No. 21 Houston.

If the favorite teams in each of those games win, the only real question facing the committee is whether to place Notre Dame 11-1 in the playoffs, or the 12-1 Big 12 champion Oklahoma State. However, those aren’t the only games worth watching this week – far from it.

We get an early taste of the action on Friday as Western Kentucky takes on UTSA in the C-USA championship and the rematches of No. 10 Oregon against No. 17 Utah for the Pac-12 title, and a chance for revenge. . The ACC, MAC, MWC and Sun Belt championships, plus a rogue game between USC and Cal, are also scheduled for the final week of the regular season.
