The Committee of the Congress of Deputies investigating the Kitchen spy operation has called appear to the ex-treasurer of the PP Luis Bárcenas on March 11, day in which the appearances in parliamentary headquarters will begin.
The Bureau and Spokespersons of the Commission investigating the illegal use of personnel, means and resources of the Ministry of the Interior, in order to favor political interests of the PP and to annul incriminating evidence for this party in cases of corruption, during the government terms of the Popular Party it has approved this Wednesday the list of 30 appearing parties in which the former president of the Government Mariano Rajoy appears last.
Parliamentary sources of the Commission have advanced to EFE that the order of the appearances has been agreed by PSOE and United We Can and that while Bárcenas is called to appear the first, as requested by most of the parties, Rajoy and the former Minister of the Interior, Jorge Fernández Díaz, will attend the Congress last.
Bárcenas has the obligation to appear in Congress on March 11, although you could use your right not to declare, and that same day Miguel Ángel Bayo Herranz and Felipe Eduardo Lacasa are also called to intervene in the commission. Bayo will declare as a practitioner of the Operational Deputy Directorate and in charge of managing the funds reserved in Fernández Díaz’s stage as Minister of the Interior.
