If Dynabook doesn’t sound familiar to you, but Toshiba does, that’s normal. The new Japanese brand is the successor to the legendary Japanese company after decades making computers. Now the witness has been picked up by Dynabook and this is his new proposal.
Dynabook, Japanese brand heir to Toshiba, today announced the arrival of the Portégé X40-K: the new 14-inch device is part of the premium range aimed at companieshence its sober design and contained weight.
Powered by the latest 12th Gen Intel Core processors and running Windows 11 Pro, the Portégé X40-K has a large number of connectivity options: two Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI 2.0 port, additional USB-A 3.2 ports, LAN, and a Micro SD slot.
The model also features the latest Intel AX211 2×2 Wi-Fi 6E technology along with Bluetooth 5.2 for enhanced connectivity to work wirelessly during work commutes and commutes.
The X40-K offers up to 32GB of 3200MHz DDR4 memory, configurable across two SO-DIMM slots for dual channel operation., an essential for the integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics card. This is further enhanced with up to 1TB Gen 4 SSD options.
The Portégé X40-K’s new easy-to-access AI and HD audio features with facial recognition (FA) camera equip workers with the most common tools in the new era of remote work.
AI Realtek audio solution provides noise reduction that silences certain background noises. And as a complement, AI camera helps correct lighting and frame the face to offer a more complete video experience than its predecessor, they explain in Dynabook.
