Will DeAndre Hopkins play week 3?

Hopkins (ribs) did not practice this week and apparently is a real “decision at game time“Before Arizona’s Week 3 game in Jacksonville. Hopkins has played without practicing before, so we’re hopeful he can put the suit on, but fantasy game owners should have a backup ready.

Obviously Hopkins is a must-start if he’s active, but if he’s out, Rondale Moore, Christian Kirk and even AJ Green see increases in value, with the top two in play as potential WR2 / 3s. Even TE Maxx Williams has a perspective. slightly better and can be considered in deep leagues or DFS contests.

Will Kenny Golladay play Week 3?

Golladay (hip) was limited in practice all week and officially “questionable“for the Week 3 game against the Falcons. Considering Golladay’s long injury history, including his firing due to hip problems last year, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he sat out of this.

If Golladay plays, it will be difficult to bench him against the Falcons’ porous passing defense. If he’s out, Sterling Shepard has even more value and Darius Slayton makes a solid WR3 option. TE Evan Engram (if active), you also see an increase in value.

Will Marquise Brown play week 3?

Brown (ankle) missed practice Thursday but went back to log a limited session on Friday, putting him on track Sunday in Detroit.

If Hollywood can’t go, Sammy Watkins would be up for grabs as WR3 in fantasy, and Devin Duvernay would see more targets as well. Brown is a must-start if he’s active given the showdown and his hot start to the season.

Will Darnell Mooney play Week 3?

Mooney has been “questionable” every week this season, but in Weeks 1 and 2, due to a sore back. This week, it’s groin pain. He managed to get inside limited practices all week though, so there’s a good chance he will face the Browns.

Mooney has seen seven and eight targets, respectively, this season, so he still has a decent floor in the PPR leagues, but his ceiling seems pretty low, especially in a neutral matchup like this. If Mooney can’t play, expect more goals for Marquise Goodwin (who is also “questionable” due to an ankle injury) and perhaps TE Cole Kmet.

Will Evan Engram play week 3?

Engram had limited practices this week and is officially “questionable“Before Sunday’s game against Atlanta. Engram missed the first two games of the year due to a sore calf, so the Giants may still be playing it safe with him. He has been tending to play it though. , so it seems more “likely” than truly “questionable.”

If Engram is out, Kyle Rudolph will start over and have minimal fantasy value, even in a favorable showdown. If Engram is active, it has legitimate TE1 potential, especially if Kenny Golladay (hip) is out.
