WEEK 7 FANTASY: Sleepers | Busts | Get started, feel them

Is Julio Jones playing in week 7?

Jones (hamstring) He did not practice on Wednesday, but participated on a limited basis on Thursday and Friday.. It’s “questionable” for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs.

If Jones plays, the decision to start or seat him depends on whether he likes to take risks. The showdown could hardly be better, and this game has shootout potential. However, we’ve seen him go out two games early and miss two games this season. He’s not 100 percent, and Tennessee is being extremely cautious with the seasoned vet. They are not against taking him out of the game after the first drive if they feel like they need it. It’s a coin toss here, but the advantage is undeniable.

If he’s out, AJ Brown should be online for a monster game. He shone in the second half against the Bills, catching seven passes for 91 yards, so maybe it’s time he returned to the elite. You can’t really count on any other Titans pass catchers, but Nick Westbrook-Ikhine would make some sense as a flex if Jones is out.

Will Tyreek Hill play in week 7?

Hill (quad) I did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, but had limited practice on Friday. He didn’t practice anything last week and was productive (9-76-1). The Chiefs are prepared to face the worst defense against the fantasy WRs, so Hill easily has the overall advantage of WR No. 1 this week in Tennessee.

If you can’t go, the case for starting Mecole Hardman has never been stronger. Hardman has drawn 17 targets in the last two weeks, so his use might be the best we’ve seen in Hill’s absence. Even if Hill can go, Hardman has a flexible appeal. Josh Gordon, Byron Pringle and Demarcus Robinson would also be in play as push-ups, but it’s hard to know how the Chiefs will distribute the ball beyond goals important to TE Travis Kelce.

Is Sterling Shepard playing in week 7?

Shepard (hamstring) was limited on Thursday but reportedly suffered a setback during practice. Still, took the practice field on friday in a limited capacity. It’s officially “questionable” heading into the Carolina matchup and could be a legitimate decision at game time.

Darius Slayton (hamstring) had the same practice schedule as Shepard this week and is also “questionable.” Evan Engram (calf) was also limited this week. Kenny Golladay (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle) have already been ruled out.

The reality is that this is a passing game to avoid with the exception of Shepard. He should dominate the goals if he’s active, although Slayton would see a decent number if he plays, too. If one or both are out, Dante Pettis and Collin Johnson would get looks, but it’s hard to trust either of them against a decent Panthers defense.

Will Allen Robinson play in week 7?

Robinson (ankle) was out of practice on Wednesday before participating in limited sessions on Thursday and Friday. It’s “questionable” for the game against Tampa Bay, which boasts one of the worst pass defenses in football.

Robinson had a similar practice schedule last week when he dressed, so we hope he will play again. If he’s active, he’s a solid starter thanks to all the breaks and injuries this week. If he’s out, Darnell Mooney would be a great option for WR3. Tampa Bay allows the seventh most Fantasy points per WR game, and Richard Sherman (hamstring) has been ruled out. Her high school was already thin before the Sherman news. Bears coach Matt Nagy has been conservative with Justin Fields, but against Tampa Bay, you have no choice but to check in early and often with how strong his running defense is.

Will DeVante Parker play in week 7?

Parker (hamstring) was limited in practice all week and it’s officially “questionable” for Week 7 against Atlanta. This is a favorable matchup, but even if Parker is healthy, these hamstring issues can greatly affect a WR, as we’ve seen numerous times this season.

With that said, start Jaylen Waddle no matter what in his flexible spot as he started running in Tua Tagovailoa’s first game after injury. If Parker plays, it’s a WR3 / flex. If he’s out and Preston Williams (groin) plays, he’s also a flex.
