Google announced that it will begin to take measures against employees who do not comply with vaccination policies, that is, who have not received at least the first dose before December 3, the deadline imposed by the technology giant for its staff to receive the inoculation against COVID-19.
EThe measures that Google will take range from suspending payment for a period of time toterminated, until dismissal, for not respecting and complying with the vaccination policies, imposed by the technology company, in accordance with what was published by the CNBC site, who had access to internal documents.
And it is that Google had already warned its more than 150,000 employees in the United States, that they could lose their source of work if they did not get vaccinated before December 3. And the deadline has already passed, so the tech giant will begin to take action against those who do not comply with vaccination policies.
Google’s request was extensive for both face-to-face workers and those who carry out their remote work.
Present proof of vaccination
Google employees had until December 3 to verify that they had been vaccinated against COVI-19, or to present a medical or religious exemption.
So, since the date has already passed, Google will begin contacting employees who did not submit proof of vaccination, or that your exemptions were not approved.

In the internal document that Google circulated to its employees, it highlights that employees have until January 18, a new date, to verify that they have already been vaccinated, otherwise they will receive “a paid administrative leave” for 30 days.
But if they still don’t get the vaccine against coronavirus, Google will remove them from their jobs and withhold their salary for up to six months.
Even Google announced that it can fire employees who do not get vaccinated, as it is a safety measure to take care of the health of its workforce.
“Our vaccination requirements are one of the most important ways we can keep our workforce safe and keep our services running.or (…) the company supports our vaccination policy, ”said a Google spokesperson.
And it is that the plans that Google has for next year is that its employees go to the offices three times a week.
