Supposedly, he wounded him in one hand and also in the chest, two injuries that the Scientific Police and forensic agents will study to confirm or not his version and also to approach the date of death with greater certainty, since the autopsy only It provides an approximate date taking into account the deterioration of the corpse.

Following his version of events, the now investigated would have snatched the knife from his friend and allegedly stabbed him up to four times in the chest, which caused his death. Although he does not retain the details clearly, he did remember that he picked up a knife and that “anger” came over him. He argued before the judge that he acted in self-defense and was very sorry for the outcome.

Upon verifying that he was dead, he closed the room – where the local police found him this Saturday – and tried to make life in the rest of the building, without entering the room at any time and sleeping on the sofa in the living room, according to sources close to him. to the case. The lawyer Juan Baldomero Espejo, who represents the accused, requested his release taking into account his version of the events, according to which he would have acted in self-defense, and the absence, in his opinion, of a flight risk.
