What does the Digital Kit offer?

• Size of the company: You must be a small business, micro-business or self-employed, with a number of workers that fit into one of the three segments.
• no crisis: You should not be considered a company in crisis.
• Up to date with payments: You or your company must be up to date with tax payments and with Social Security.
• not be an exception: The company must not be included in any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Law of Subsidies described here.
• In the census of entrepreneurs: You must be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.
• No recovery order: The company must not be subject to a pending recovery order following a prior decision by the European Commission.
• Do not exceed the aid limit: The de minimis aid limit must not be exceeded, which says that all EU aid must be less than 200,000 euros.
• Tax residence: The tax domicile of the company must be in Spain.
• Digital Maturity Level Test: The company must have the evaluation of the Digital Maturity Level.

To achieve the evaluation of the Digital Maturity Level, the company has to complete a digital diagnostic test that is available on the Acelera pyme platform. This is an essential preliminary step if you want to aspire to aid.

Step by step to request help

The application for the Digital Kit aid consists of three steps. To do so, you will need to have registered on the Acelera Pyme website.
