Lighting technologies have evolved so much that there are now alternatives for almost every need. From the classic LED bulbs to smart lamps. Philips Huewhich is one of the most recognized product lines in this field, has updated its catalog with new solutions for the home.

Starting from the concept that “customization is a key aspect in lighting”, the company Signify has presented a new series of Philips Hue products designed to be useful in different places in our house, as well as in a wide range of situations. Let’s see one by one the new proposals for which the manufacturer bets.

The new Philips Hue focuses on personalization

Among the products presented are the Gradient Signe floor and table lamps. We are not facing something completely new, but an update of a model already presented some time ago. The new Gradient Signe floor and table lamps retain all the features they are known for, such as dynamic lighting effects and a slim design.

Still the new models premiere a function of “natural sunrise” that will allow us to wake up with a warm light that will come on progressively. As if it were an alarm clock, we just have to set the time we want to wake up in the mobile app.

Like the previous model, we have two sizes of lamps (floor and table) and two colors (black and white). We can also use automationcreate dynamic scenes and even use them directly with Bluetooth without the need for a Hue Bridge.

Another model presented is the portable Hue Go table lamp: Philips already has other portable solutions in its catalog, but none with the characteristics of this new proposal. It is a lamp with a “classic” design, but it hides some interesting benefits: we can choose different light effects, it works with the application and with voice commands.

The most interesting? As its name indicates, this is a portable table lamp. This means that charges while in your station, but at any time you can take it to another place in your house, even to the terrace, patio or garden. With the lighting at the maximum level, the autonomy is around six hours, but with more modest brightness it can last up to 48 hours on a single charge.

Another interesting solution to illuminate the home is Philips Hue Peripheral, nicknamed “the king of flexibility”. It is a modular system that allows add or remove smart bulbs and hanging lamps. This solution that is committed to customization at its best, with different configurations that will allow us to achieve the environment we need.
