Rangnick then shockingly revealed after United’s 2-2 draw at Aston Villa earlier this month that Martial had refused to link up with the squad for the Premier League clash in the Midlands, but the Frenchman denied those claims.
In an Instagram post later that same evening, Martial revealed he would ‘never disrespect the club and the fans’ by refusing to play as he continued to deny Rangnick’s allegations.

Martial’s aforementioned skill against Osasuna was described by one fan as ‘insane’ yet one fan was heavily critical of Ralf Rangnick’s decision to loan, tweeting: ‘Martial assist whilst the dross Manchester United kept ahead of him balloons a penalty 30 yards over the bar putting us out of the FA cup.’
Furthermore, another fan said it is wrong to suggest that Martial doesn’t work hard. They wrote: ‘The myths that’s martial doesn’t work hard are so embarrassing man’.

Another individual believes that Martial will impress to the extent that Sevilla will look to sign him permanently in the summer. They wrote: ‘Martial assist. He’s already settling in well. Wouldn’t be shocked if they come back for him in the summer.’
One fan suggested that United didn’t develop Martial properly, by saying: ‘Happy for him. He has the traits to succeed. Hope he keeps showing it & earns a move away.
‘We really didn’t develop him with a clear role in mind or give him an environment to thrive. The trend where #MUFC players do well when out of the club might continue with this one.’
