Manuel Palomar will chair the commission of the centenary of Hercules

The exrector from the University of Alicante (UA) and current director of Cenid, Manuel Palomar, will preside over the commission of the centenary of Hercules, which the October 20 next year will mark its first century of existence.

Just a year before, this same month, within five days, the organizing committee will present the actions that Hercules is preparing to commemorate, for 12 months, its 100 years of history.

At a press conference, the commission will present the centennial shield and will also launch a Web page specific.

The activities will begin in January 2022 with an event at the Rico Pérez Stadium and will conclude at the end of the year with a great event as the culmination, according to the SAD, owned by the Ortiz family.

Among the programmed actions are exhibitions permanent areas, specifically enabled areas in the anteroom from the stadium, publications and books on different Herculanean themes and different passages in history, a documentary film and the T shirt Centennial special are some of the scheduled actions.

The club has announced that, together with the Centennial commission, it is already working on a calendar of events that it intends to serve “as a catalyst for the blue and white community and for gather the Herculaneum of all conditions in the centenary of the entity ».
