Actress Maitland Ward is best known for the characters she played in Boy Meets World and The Bold and the Beautiful. The star, who turned to adult film acting in 2019, is releasing her new memoir, Rated Xsoon.

Meet Maitland Ward’s character in Boy Meets World
American sitcom Boy Meets World was a blockbuster hit among fans in the early ’90s. Starring Ben Savage as the lead, the show chronicled the lives of Cory Matthews and his friends.
Maitland played Rachel McGuire on the show from 1998 to 2000. She appeared in 45 episodes during the two years.
Rachel appears in Jack and Eric’s lives and soon begins living with them following a fight with her boyfriend.
The two boys become attracted to her and ended up competing with each other to date her. However, they soon realized that it was not worth jeopardizing their friendship.
Rachel goes on to become good friends with Angela and Topanga. She’s also a bridesmaid at the latter’s wedding.

As per IMDb, she appeared in 129 episodes during her two-year run.
Many fans of the OG show might remember that Jessica is the teenage daughter of John and Maggie Forrester, who visits her uncle, Eric, in LA.
Jessica learned that her parents were divorcing and opted to stay with her uncle as a result.
Her storyline on the show saw the youngling dealing with some heavy subjects like juvenile diabetes and kidnapping among others.
Besides her iconic roles in Boy Meets World and The Bold and the BeautifulMaitland has had a number of other acting jobs in projects like Interlocked: Thrilled to Death (1998), White Chicks (2004) and Rules of Engagement (2007).

In her new memoir, Rated X: How Porn Liberated Me from Hollywood, the actress takes a deep dive into the behind-the-scenes working of Hollywood as well as the adult film industry.
As per SimonandSchuster.com, the star found herself being typecast as the good girl next door and was unable to find more intriguing roles. Hence, she made a career change and ventured into the adult film world.
Maitland has been married to her husband, Terry Baxter, since 2006.
