Microwave recipes | Five quick and easy cakes


The lack of time it is no longer an excuse not to prepare elaborate dishes or desserts with which to lick your fingers. There is a solution for all those who do not want to spend hours in the kitchen, or are not very kitchens: the microwave oven.

Did you know that with this small appliance you can cook a multitude of microwave recipes without resorting to the stove? Used well, the microwave can help you do a multitude of recipes in a very short time and a very simple way. If you like the cake shop, these are some of them.

Apple pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples

  • 4 eggs

  • 50 grams of butter

  • 300 ml milk

  • 150 gr of sugar

  • 150 gr of flour

  • A yeast’s packet

Elaboration

The first step to start preparing the apple pie is peel and slice the apples. Later, you have to melt the butter to add it in a bowl with the eggs, sugar, flour, milk and yeast. Everything is beaten until smooth.

Once the mixture is ready, it is poured into a mold and apples are placed on top carefully. Finally, it is placed in the microwave at medium power for 5 minutes. The result will be spectacular.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of cheese spread

  • A package of Maria type cookies

  • 70 grams of butter

  • 2 eggs

  • Half a cup of sugar

Elaboration

The first thing to do is crush the cookies until they become crumbs. Then the butter is heated in the microwave and once liquid is mixed with the cookie crumbs.

The bottom of a microwave-safe mold is then covered with the cookie dough, pressing until you get a base, and put it in the fridge.

While the base cools, in another bowl the cheese is beaten together with the sugar and the eggs, one by one. It is poured into the mold in which the base is located and put in the microwave for five minutes at maximum power.

Ingredients:

  • 175 grams of carrot

  • 2 eggs

  • 90 grams of flour

  • 150 grams of sugar

  • 50 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil

  • 10 grams of chemical yeast

  • Azúcar glass

  • 40 grams of peeled walnuts

Elaboration

The peeled carrots and the sugar in the chopper. Once chopped, add the eggs, the oil, and mix well. Now, the flour and yeast are added to the mixture and everything is mixed again until there is a mixture with a liquid consistency, which will have to be poured into a mold greased with butter.

Then the mold is covered and put in the microwave at maximum power for about seven minutes. Next, remove the cake and let it rest for a few minutes before unmolding it. To finish, once cold, add the powdered icing sugar and the walnuts, although the latter is optional.

Lemon pie

Ingredients:

  • A package of Maria type cookies

  • 70 grams of butter

  • 2 lemons

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Elaboration

The first thing is to do a base for the cake shredding the biscuits and mixing them with the Butter pre-melted in the microwave. Then cover the bottom of a mold with the resulting mass and leave it to rest in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, the cornstarch is dissolved in two tablespoons of water and added to the juice of the two lemons and the zest Of one of them. Then the eggs, the sugar and everything is beaten well.

Then everything is placed in a container and goes into the microwave during five minutes. Once this time has passed, the mixture is removed and poured over the mold that has been put in the fridge before, and then the cake is left to rest in the fridge for a few hours.

Chocolate coulant

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • Sugar

  • 70 grams of flour

  • 80 grams of butter

  • 150 grams of chocolate for desserts

  • Several ounces of dark chocolate

  • 1 pinch of yeast

Elaboration

First you have to chop the chocolate and melt it along with the butter. In parallel, the eggs, sugar and yeast are beaten. The previously melted chocolate is added to this mixture. Later, the flour is also incorporated into the mixture.

With the resulting mass, you have to fill the containers in which the coulant will be served. At the center of every presentation an ounce of dark chocolate is added. The last step will be to put each coulant in the microwave for one minute at 800 watts.
