The Murcian Health Service (SMS) has submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office a file in which it denounces the illegal access of a union delegate of the UGT in a hospital in Murcia to the clinical history of a relative of the general secretary of the PP, Teodoro García Egea, that, according to a media outlet, he received an alleged favorable treatment in the regional public health.

This was announced this Thursday at a press conference by the Secretary General of the PP of the Region of Murcia, José Miguel Luengo, who has assured that the investigation opened by the SMS has determined that this relative was treated “like any other patient” and has not received “any favorable treatment” to sneak into the waiting list for a surgical intervention.

Luengo, who has announced that his party will appear if a legal case is opened, has detailed that those responsible for the hospital where the alleged “illegitimate interference” of the medical file was committed has brought these facts to the attention of the Prosecutor’s Office, at the request of the SMS Sanitary Services Inspection, which He started the file after the patient requested it.

According to the leader of the PP, who has considered this action as “very serious”, the union delegate, whom he has linked to the PSOE and Podemos, and who had no responsibility in the care of the patient, has acknowledged that he had accessed the record “commissioned by a superior of the union.”

Luengo has assured that it has been shown that PSOE and Podemos have lied and have concocted a plot to “stain” the honor of García Egea and the president of the community, Fernando López Miras, through false news.

In addition, he has accused them of “inciting” the union delegate to commit a crime to “obtain a political profit”, adding that it is not the first time that they act with “these mafia behaviors more typical of criminals than politicians.”

“They have hatched one of the most Machiavellian political plots in memory by falsely accusing and inciting union representatives to commit a crime “Luengo said before censoring the creation of a “fake news network” by both parties.

The leader of the regional PP has also recalled that the secretary of Organization of the PSOE, José Luis Ábalos, published a message on a social network in which “falsely accused” García Egea and López Miras of having given favorable treatment to a relative of the secretary general of the popular.

This case adds two previous complaints, the first one filed by the PP against the newspaper Infolibre, which it accuses of allegedly revealing secrets by publishing photographs taken from López Miras’ mobile phone while he was having a conversation in a messaging application with García Egea and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Health, Andrés Torrente.

Later, Unidos Podemos filed a complaint against López Miras and Torrente for an alleged bribery offense considering that, based on these images and the data from the waiting lists, both mediated to advance the surgical operation in a public hospital for this person.
