NASCAR at Watkins Glen 2021 road race live updates, results and highlights

NASCAR is back after a three-week hiatus and is heading to Watkins Glen, NY, for Bowling at The Glen at Watkins Glen International.

It looks like Sunday’s race will be a two-man affair between Chase Elliott, winner of the last two races at the New York track, and Martin Truex Jr., who has posted a top-two finish in each of his last few races. three visits (including a win in 2017).

There’s also the added intrigue of NASCAR’s 16-driver playoff race, with only four regular-season races remaining to determine the final playoff field: Aric Almirola won his first race of the season at Foxwood Resorts Casino 301 on May 18. July, giving the season 13 unique winners and placing winless Kevin Harvick and Tyler Reddick, currently the last two drivers projected in the playoffs, something to sweat over during the final month of the season.
