While the Packers may have their quarterback of the future in Jordan Love, they still have questions to answer about their quarterback of the present, Aaron Rodgers. If Rodgers and Green Bay part ways, then their one first-round pick could turn into many.

An NFC championship game rematch is nothing but a dream, too, with the Buccaneers losing to Matthew Stafford and the Rams. However, Los Angeles won’t have a first-round pick to look back on when the dust settles — that belongs to Detroit as part of the Stafford trade.

Here’s what the 2022 NFL Draft order looks like after the NFL divisional round.

— The Eagles currently have three first-round picks, including the Colts’ first-round pick as part of the Carson Wentz trade. For the pick to become a first-round pick, Wentz needed to play 75 percent or more of the Colts’ snaps this season OR play 70 percent or more of the snaps and get Indianapolis into the playoffs, conditions that were essentially fulfilled from Week. sixteen.

After the vanguard group, NFL squads could salivate over secondary options: LSU cornerback Derek Stingley is a previous consensus All-American, including getting a nod from Sporting News in 2019, and could be a of the top five picks in April. Scouts and analysts have pinpointed Stingley as by far the best CB prospect in this year’s draft.

Joining Stingley in the secondary group is Notre Dame’s Kyle Hamilton, who could also be a good bet to be the first DB off the board. The Fighting Irish safety was named a consensus All-American last season, and for good reason: He had three interceptions for one of the best defenses in the nation and was a finalist for the Bednarik Award in 2021.

On the offensive end, teams looking for quarterback savers will have options, though whether a bona fide No. 1 quarterback will emerge before the draft remains to be seen. North Carolina’s Sam Howell, Pitt’s Kenny Pickett, Ole Miss’s Matt Corral, Cincinnati’s Desmond Ridder and Liberty’s Malik Willis have all entered the draft.
