North Carolina hospital system fired nearly 200 workers for failing to comply with the anticovid vaccination program

The medical network assured that 99% of its employees in total have complied with the new rules.

Almost 200 employees of Novant Health’s North Carolina headquarters, were fired after failing to comply with the mandatory COVID-19 vaccination program, which came into effect for more than two months.

About 375 workers had been suspended for challenging the new policies implemented in the medical network and subsequently made known through Megan Rivers, a Novant Health spokesperson that a good part of the employees complied and abided by the new rules, but that those who did not, were fired.
