2018 was a very busy year for the singer Ariana GrandeWell, she went from being single, to having a courtship, to committing herself, to living with her partner and separating, all of this in less than 365 days.
The artist was dating at that time with the comedian Pete Davidson, with whom he moved to live in a luxurious penthouse in Chelsea, New York, but the taste did not last long.
The news of their move was released in July of that year, however, in October they were already separated.
The then couple lived during those four months in an exclusive apartment of $ 16 million, in which they had all the luxuries and comforts that we can imagine, having been decorated by the renowned Zaha Hadid.
The penthouse, from which they had enviable views of the Big Apple, had an area of 4,023 square feet, with five bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath.
They also had a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and a 1,361-square-foot terrace, from which they could see the Empire State Building.
The kitchen was open and quite spacious. It consisted of a white cupboard, high-end appliances and a central island that could function as food preparation or as a breakfast table.
The master bedroom, where they spent the best and worst moments of their engagement, has more than enough space for a large bed and a sitting area, while the bathroom is composed of a double vanity and a bathtub.
As for the common areas, the building, located at 520 West 28th Street and built in 2017, is equipped with a gym, events room, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, massage beds and the first Private IMAX cinema in the city.
The luxurious apartment, of which it was not known if Ariana Grande bought it or if she simply rented it, returned to the news a few hours ago after it was announced that it is in negotiations to be sold in $ 12,069 million, a figure much lower than its value of three years ago.
So far the identity of the potential new owners is unknown, who will pay an additional $ 1.4 million for the purchase of two parking spaces.
