Heat, support, adrenaline to start the campaign and up to eight ministers in an act attended by some two thousand people according to the organization. And it wasn’t for promote Juan Espadas to the candidacy for the Junta de Andalucía in the elections of the next 19-J but to “pay tribute to the four years in the Government of Spain” according to the socialist candidate himself.

Because Pedro Sánchez has chosen Two Sisters (the socialist stronghold of all of Spain where they have won 14 general elections, 11 regional elections and 8 European elections according to its mayor, Paco Rodríguez) to commemorate the fact that four years ago he won the motion of censure against Mariano Rajoy and has been President of the Government ever since with two general elections in between.

The President of the Government (in a relaxed tone, dressed in jeans and a green shirt and probably the one who has sweated the least in the municipal booth of Dos Hermanas) has defended the socialist management not only of his Executive but also in the Board. “Everything good that has happened in Andalusia has come from the hand of the PSOE”, he said before an audience in which none of the socialist presidents of the Board was precisely present. Not even the most renowned ones like Escuredo or Rodríguez de la Borbolla, who are not tainted by corruption, or Susana Díaz herself. It’s been a long time since Manuel Chaves and Jose Antonio Griñán, both of them convicted by the EREare out of all election campaigns.

And forgetting the ERE, Pedro Sánchez charged against the PP for practicing the “corruption of democracy by labeling a legitimately elected government as illegitimate, financial corruption with the Gürtel plot and political corruption for the use of public institutions to create structures parapolice, to persecute political opponents.

«On the next 19-J we have to decide if we want a strong or reduced public health, if we want a reduced or public education» said Sánchez who has focused most of his speech, about twenty minutes, in confronting the right of generic way and with clear references to the PB. «The PSOE lends a hand to those who need it most, when they are badly given, the left protects and the right cuts».

“Juanma Moreno the indolent”

John Swords, that has grown in the rally environment, has vindicated the legacy of Pedro Sánchez and his Government (eight ministers have attended: Montero, Luis Planas, Félix Bolaños, Reyes Maroto, Diana Morant, Raquel Sánchez and José Manuel Albares) and has defended his spanish Character, «I am Andalusian, I am Spanish and I work for Spain and Andalusia for all corners of its territory».

Swords has described the central Executive as “a transformative, brave and determined Government that was dedicated to protecting the Spanish, the most vulnerable,” he said. Because that has been his main argument, the defense of the most vulnerable and the protection of rights.

And he has released a new campaign slogan, “Juanma Moreno the indolent”, has called the president of the Board whom he has considered the “covered of the extreme right that takes the votes and gives them”. Faced with this, he has presented his proposal, “we are permanently aware of what Andalusia needs in the face of an indolent Government in the Junta de Andalucía.”

A phrase that all his predecessors in office have repeated, number two for Seville, Adele Castano, and the mayor of Dos Hermanas, Paco Rodríguez. Almost two hours after starting, the event ended with the anthem of Andalusia. After all, it is the pre-campaign for the regional elections of 19-J.
