He is convinced that he will manage the RFEV with economic rigor, with a clear plan for returning to competition after the pandemic is over and with a determined support for athletes, the national team and the clubs. Pepe Martínez advances «we want to organize our federation again under the prism of efficiency, ethics, equality and social and environmental commitment with our environment. The federation must be active in its contribution to fulfilling the objectives of the 2030 Agenda and in terms of management, we must guarantee sporting results and the promotion of a solid and growing base of practitioners, which will be a priority to strengthen our institutional presence and the active participation in international federative bodies. For all this, now more than ever, coordination and the search for broad consensus is necessary to make sailing the successful and prestigious sport that we all desire.

“The Federation must become a close, useful entity that provides service, in coordination with the autonomous federations, to the almost 50,000 federated members and to all the clubs”

The candidacy represented by Pepe Martínez David and his entire management team views sailing as a «collective and egalitarian project », in all fields.
