Knights of gotham
Last year’s Avengers joint game was a bit of a disappointment, so DC fans will expect better from this action game set in the Batman universe. As Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood, you take on Gotham’s ever-invading criminal forces. It looks moody and ultra stylish.
A stylish art-deco shooter about a time traveling assassin trapped in a time loop. Stuck in an endlessly repeating island party, he must take out eight of his guests, but the really cool part is that another assassin, controlled by another player, is trying to stop him from doing exactly that. It could easily be the plot of a cutting edge action movie.

I think we can all agree that there are not enough video games that allow you to play as a cat. In Annapurna Publisher’s Stray, you are a wandering cat trying to escape from a city of robots. Cyberpunk metropolises are not uncommon in games, but never before have we been able to explore one from this nimble, invisible vantage point.
This was supposed to be an Xbox Series X launch game in 2020, but we’re hoping the delay will give developer 343 Industries a chance to polish up the weirdly bland-looking shooter demo we saw last year. At its best, Halo is pure space opera: all the action and soaring scores, daring escapades in roaring vehicles, and wild gunfire against the alien hordes. Fingers crossed for that.
The game that promises to fulfill every millennial’s sleeping dreams of going to Hogwarts. This is set in the late 19th century during the pre-Fantastic Beasts era rather than the more well-known Potter timeline, and will take you on an adventure involving monsters and magic both inside and outside the castle walls.
Do you like the idea of fighting robot dinosaurs in a land of the far future reclaimed by nature? Horizon Forbidden West, one of the flagship games on PlayStation 5, sends brilliant red-haired protagonist Aloy to search for the secrets of what happened in what used to be California. Following what we have seen so far, no game has been so beautiful.
This blocky exploration RPG created by a temoldersinecraft modders was instantly greeted as the “new Minecraft” when it was first shown in 2018. That trailer has been viewed over 57 million times, so the Game has a lot of hype to live up to it. More visually refined and adventure-oriented than Minecraft, it could be the next big thing for the teen and twentieth crowd (and their parents).
Some of us have been waiting for more than 15 years for this sequel. It’s a game about a strange little boy who can travel through people’s minds, busting out telekinesis and levitation to find hTrippe into their trippy, adorably strange inner worlds. It promises interesting battles with inner demons and a wicked, black-tinged sense of humor.
Goodbye High Volcano
Anthropomorphic dinosaurs make their way through their senior year of high school in this unusual-looking game, which delves into teen emotions, budding romance, and coming-of-age themes. Graduation is coming; Will you tell that person how you really feel about them? Will the band stay together? Don’t be fooled by the dinosaurs, this looks refreshingly modern.
Do you remember Journey (2012), the exciting arthouse adventure game about finding your way up a mountain? Imagine that, but reimagined by Studio Ghibli, and you’re getting close to what Sable is. The setting is sand and a vast desert, the beautiful animation seems to belong to an Oscar nominee, the vibes are cold and mysterious. You will see other nomads on your travels and can team up to solve a puzzle or create a momentary connection.
