Roger Federer dons a new Rolex
The Swiss champion has long been an ambassador for the iconic Swiss watch brand. He now also has a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona with a “Meteorite Dial,” which is one of his more eye-catching finds of it. The watch is constructed out of small pieces of real meteorite, and it is composed of 18ct white gold. Roger was recently seen sporting this new Rolex watch worth $152,850 during a picture shoot to promote their upcoming joint venture.
Federer has access to Rolex’s vast watch collection thanks to his endorsement arrangement. He owns a lot of watches, but we’ve only ever noticed him wearing five of them. The Sky-Dweller, Datejust, GMT Master II, Day-Date, and Yacht-Master II are among them. One of the reasons Roger Federer has a close relationship with Rolex watches is due to his victory for him at Wimbledon in 2009. When he raised the trophy there, he was wearing his Rolex and broke the record for the most Grand Slam.

Roger Federer, and watchmaker Maurice Lacroix, agreed to a 5-year endorsement arrangement back in 2004. But after two years, the Swiss player decided to discontinue this agreement since Rolex had approached him about signing a multi-year contract. And their pact is still going strong.
