Dancing with the Stars‘choreographer couple Sasha Farber and Emma Slater have confirmed their split after being married for four years.
According to media reports, the now-separated couple has been having troubles in their marriage since the beginning of this year.
Many fans of the couple reportedly sniffed the troubles as the ballroom duo stopped sharing pictures on their social media.
The rumors of the split surfaced when the couple, who were known to be ‘much in love,’ refrained from sharing pleasantries on social media on the fourth wedding anniversary in March.
Netizens have also pointed out that Emma attended the wedding of Brandon Armstrong, another ‘Dancing with the Stars’ professional, without her husband.
According to reports, the two have been living separately for the past many months. Both of them, allegedly, have also not been wearing their wedding rings.
Despite confirming the split, the couple has not filed for a divorce as of yet. However, the duo is likely to file for it once they figure out the appropriate way to handle the divorce.
Sasha and Emma have been the mainstays of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ for the past five seasons. Even recently, they jointly choreographed several parts for the new season of the show. With the split now becoming a public fact, it would be awkward for the two to work together in the latest season called ‘So You Think You Can Dance’.
The couple came together in 2011 but broke up three years later. Subsequently, the couple reconciled soon, and Sasha proposed to Emma in 2016 during a live event of the dance show. In 2018, Sasha and Emma got married in a beautiful ceremony at the Bella Blanca, Los Angeles.
Fans of the couple, though claiming to have predicted the split, were left heartbroken. A fan wrote on Twitter that she loved the couple and wished them years of continued friendship. Some fans also commended the couple for handling the situation professionally and cordially.
