Authorities in Florida’s Polk County arrested 102 sex offenders and human traffickers in a six-day period.

Two of the men arrested, as part of “Operation No Tricks No Treats”, were caught trying to meet people they believed were children they met online.

The 10 Tampa Bay report details that Theodoro Jones, 27, believed he was conversing with a girl under the age of 13. Under that idea, it came to send messages by networks that included nude photos.

At the press conference Thursday to announce the arrests, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd arrived accompanied by a “Pikachu,” whom he identified as an unwilling co-conspirator.

The doll was allegedly owned by Jones and used to lure his victims.

“We want to hug Pikachu and have sex in the back of the car,” the alleged abuser would have indicated to the victim.

Jones worked as a cook at Disney Springs.

“Pikachu said, ‘I didn’t like this guy from the beginning,’” the sheriff joked during the exchange with the press.

Jones faces charges of using a computer to seduce a minor, transmitting material harmful to a minor and using a two-way communication device to commit a crime.

Another defendant, identified as Donald Spencer, 64, allegedly posted an ad online looking for someone to have lovemaking with.

El sujeto supuestamente pensaba que conversaba con una adolescente de 14 años y planeaba encontrarse con ella.

The elderly man faces charges of traveling to meet a minor after using a computer to seduce her and attempted lewd assault.

“The primary purpose of these operations is to identify victims of human trafficking and those who prey on victims, as well as deviant predators who harass children online,” Judd said. “We work hand in hand with organizations to seek help for victims of human trafficking. We identified three possible victims during this investigation, ”he added.

The investigation began on October 20 with the help of officers from the Auburndale, Haines City, Lake Hamilton, Lake Wales and Lakeland police departments.

In the operation, 38 people were arrested for offering themselves for prostitution; two of these would be adults in human trafficking. 62 of the people were arrested for soliciting prostitution services. The bailiff indicated that six of these had previously been arrested for the same crime.
