Super Wildcard Weekend Start ‘Em: Tight Ends
Jared Cook vs. Bears (Sunday 4:40 p.m. ET, CBS): Cook has been posting strong totals in recent weeks, scoring more than 11 fantasy points in four of his last five games, including 14.3 points in last week’s win over the Panthers. He’s also in a good place to produce this week, as the Bears have given up 12 touchdowns and the second-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends. What’s more, the position has scored nine or more fantasy points 11 times against Chicago this season.
Austin Hooper at Steelers (Sunday 8:15 pm ET, NBC): Hooper has played at a high level in recent weeks, scoring more than 13 fantasy points in each of his last three games. That includes a 13.7-point performance against the Steelers a week ago. And while Pittsburgh has been tough on tight ends overall this season, Hooper has beaten them by a combined 23.9 fantasy points in two regular-season games. Hooper should post the top five numbers at the position this week.
- Austin Hooper at Steelers (DraftKings: $3,900)
- Rob Gronkowski on soccer team (DraftKings: $3,900)

Sit ‘Em Super Wildcard Weekend: Tight Ends
Jonnu Smith vs. Ravens (Sunday 1:05 pm ET, ESPN): Smith is coming off a great fight against the Texans, scoring just 1.8 fantasy points. He has now failed to score more than 4.3 points in four of his last five games, and this week’s matchup against the Ravens is not favorable. His defense has handed over just five touchdowns to enemy tight ends, and Smith has become a touchdown-dependent option for the most part. It’s a risk for those who play in fantasy playoff leagues.
Jimmy Graham at Saints (Sunday 4:40 p.m. ET, CBS): Graham is coming off a good regular season, scoring eight touchdowns in his first year at Chicago. That tied for fourth among tight ends. Still, he has been inconsistent on stat sheets with fewer than seven fantasy points in five of his last seven games. The Saints have also allowed the seventh-fewest tight end fantasy points since Week 9, so it’s best to leave Graham on the sidelines on Super Wildcard weekend.
- Tyler Higbee in Seahawks (DraftKings: $3,400)
- Jimmy Graham at Saints (DraftKings: $3,300)
