It is already known how the bus transfers of minors, the accesses or the collection of minors in La Granadilla will be organized
On Saturday, May 28, the closure of the FMD Sports Schools in Badajoz is celebrated, a moment of celebration and final touch for the minors and monitors who have participated in the sports activities organized in schools and municipal facilities. The City Council offered 3,900 free places at the beginning of the course in 24 modalities.
The conference will once again be held at the La Granadilla facilities. The parade will take place around eleven o’clock. After confirming their attendance, students must go to the venue where they teach their respective activities or in an easily accessible place to catch the free buses enabled. The forecast is to be at the La Granadilla facilities before 10:15 am.
Transfer by private car
The FMD informs that parents will be able to transport their children in a private car and park in the reserved spaces around the Nuevo Vivero Stadium. Subsequently, they must leave the children in the charge of their monitor or the FMD collaborators at the access indicated with a ‘P’ on the map issued by the City Council and which includes this information. In this case they must be at ten in the morning.
Access map released by the FMD.
The return of the children to their homes will take place on the same buses and stops as in the morning. If a parent does not want their child to access the bathroom, they must notify the monitor several days in advance and anticipate their pick-up after the parade, around 12:15 p.m. in the area outside the central door of general entrance to the installation (door of access P).
Collection of minors
The collection of the children by the parents at the end of the closure must take place at 2:15 p.m. In the event of any delay due to just cause, parents should contact the telephone number: 924210067 and communicate said delay, leaving a contact number. If this is not the case, the Local Police services will be notified to take care of the lost child.
The City Council asks parents not to look for their children during the closure, except for serious reasons. Parents who wish to pick up their children at the end of the day are also asked to do so at gate ‘P’ in order not to form dangerous crowds.
Children should know that in case of loss or for any information they should go to the points indicated on the map with the letter ‘I’, or to any monitor or collaborator. Medical services will be located in the areas marked with ‘SM’ on the general plan.
Swim and aperitif in the pool
Children who stay in the swimming pool will have to carry a sports bag that will be marked with an identification tag. Minors are advised to wear a swimsuit, shorts and a t-shirt. And the bag will include underwear and towel. An aperitif will be offered to all attendees at the pool.
