The company Sage Appliancesmanufacturer of smart home appliances, launches the Smart Oven Pizzaiolo, a tabletop oven capable of reaching 400ºC, which allows you to cook pizza, among other foods, in the most appropriate way. The product sees the light after four years of research and development, and with the contributions of renowned pizza makers. The result is an oven with the power of a traditional model and with a very small space. The patented Element IQ heating system reduces preheat time from hours to about twenty minutes.
Applied technology
Element IQ uses intelligent algorithms to direct power where and when it’s needed, creating and maintaining the proper baking environment. This means home cooks can now get the characteristic “leopard spot and char” on crusts while achieving even toppings, without having to turn the base themselves.
The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo has seven preset cooking modes, which allow you to cook a variety of pizza styles, as well as a manual mode for those who want to venture beyond the preset styles. The Pizzaiolo isn’t just for making pizzas, its heating technology allows you to grill vegetables and cook a wide range of flatbreads.
Featured Features
Seven presets: 160º, frozen, pan, thick, thin and crispy crust, 400ºC wood oven, plus a darkness dial to control the degree of charred spots on the crust.
Easy loading and unloading: Automatic ejection door removes the pizza stone for safe handling. Integrates removable cordierite stone for easy cleaning.
Insulation: Includes double glass doors to keep the heat inside.
Manual Mode – For chefs who want to go beyond presets, the oven offers three independent, localized heating controls that can be used together. One for the topping temperature (which controls the lower crust) and two separate rings – inner and outer – for heating the toppings and the edge of the crust, respectively.
