They arrest a driving school teacher and two false students in the middle of the driving test: the three were in cahoots

Driving test fraud is nothing new. This has drawn attention for the way it has been produced.

The investigation has lasted two years, and has had the participation of agents from the Traffic Investigation and Analysis Group (GIAT) of the Traffic Subsector of Huelva, together with the Patrimonial Crime Group of the Organic Unit of the Huelva Judicial Police, According to Auto Bild.

As the police have been able to verify, those involved had been practicing fraud for some timewhich they had successfully completed several times, which is why they have been charged with criminal organization.

During the examination they were arrested the owner of a driving school in Puente Genil, and two false students who were running the test. But there are more involved.

The plot worked like this: people who wanted get a driver’s license without taking the examsthey signed up at the Puente Genil driving school, which already had “fame” in certain areas.

The owner of the driving school presented the falsified papers to Traffic to do the exams, and on the day of the exam another person appeared, who supplanted the supposed applicant. This, of course, had paid an amount to the owner of the driving school. When he was arrested, he had in his possession two envelopes with significant amounts of money.

The false students have been accused of false documentation and identity theft. According to investigative sources, the forged papers presented were “of high quality”, so it was not easy to detect the scam. These papers had the name of the applicant but the photo of the scammer, to be able to be identified in the exams.

The Civil Guard assures that you are going to request the annulment of driving licenses obtained fraudulently. Also that the people related to them will be arrested, as well as third-party collaborators.
