In the case of Georgia, at least 15,000 people have concentrated on the central avenue Rustaveli in Tbilisi to listen to the speech in ‘streaming’. The attendees have come to the avenue with flags of Ukraine and Georgiaalthough the Ukrainians were the most numerous.
