President Joe Biden regretted the attack of the driver of a pickup truck that ran over a crowd participating in a Christmas festival in Waukesha, Wisconsin, leaving at least five dead and 40 injured, including several children.

Police detained Darrell Brooks Jr, 39, a Milwaukee resident, shortly after the attack. The investigations continue their course.
