What channel are Astros vs. Braves today? Time, TV schedule to watch the second game of the World Series

“Ground Chuck” has been on the ground for the remainder of the 2021 World Series.

The Charlie Morton legend grew Tuesday night, when the Braves right-hander suffered a fractured fibula while throwing a pitch, proceeded to get three more outs and hit 96 mph with the gun before exiting the game.

The Braves rewarded Morton’s toughness by ambushing Astros pitchers, scoring five runs in the first three innings. They wouldn’t look back on that, securing a 6-2 win over Houston in Game 1.

Now, the Astros hope to save game two of the 2021 Fall Classic on Wednesday night, and will turn to right-hander Jose Urquidy to start. Urquidy’s last start in the postseason was forgettable: In Game 3 of the ALCS, Urquidy allowed six runs (five earned) on five hits in 1 2/3 innings pitched in the loss.

On the other hand, literally, Braves starter Max Fried is looking to straighten the boat himself. The Dodgers got the better of Fried and the Braves in Game 5 of the NL Championship Series, as the southpaw allowed five runs and eight hits in 4 2/3 innings pitched, this following a dazzling performance in the Game 1.
