Since 2014, Szeles was married to Anastasia Synn.
Synn is known as an entertainer, stuntwoman, magician, and public speaker, according to her Instagram bio.
She is often seen posting on social media about her life and performances.
Despite a high-profile career, not much additional information is available on Synn’s personal life as she tends to stay out of the spotlight.

The Amazing Johnathan’s death was first confirmed by fellow standup comedian Penny Wiggins.
“Johnathan Szeles (Amazing Johnathan) has passed away at around 11:30 pm 2/22/22,” she wrote on Facebook.

“My heart is broken. One of my best friends, one of the funniest humans I’ve ever met. I loved him so very much and will never forget this wonderful, amazing, kind, funny, great person,” she continued.
Despite being confirmed, a cause was not given but many believe it is related to a “serious heart condition” he was diagnosed with in 2007.
“I was told I have a year to live,” he told audiences in 2014 before adding that it was “not a joke.”
The heart condition was later identified as cardiomyopathy but had improved over time with a combination of weight loss and blood thinners, The New York Post reports.
Prior to his death, Synn revealed that Szeles had become “completely unresponsive” and was placed in hospice care.
“His decline was fast, but it also wasn’t. He is so strong,” Synn wrote. “He has beaten the odds for so long. I know you all love him so much and everyone wants to say goodbye.”
She continued: “I don’t think we thought this day would ever come because he is so strong and has beaten it so many times. Thank you for all the well wishes, but as the news spreads it’s getting overwhelming and I’m going to have to take a step back. I love you and thank you for your support.”

Who was The Amazing Johnathan?
Szeles was an American stand-up comedian and magician.
His routine often consisted of hijinks, interaction with one specific audience member, and a few magic tricks.
Over the years, he was also seen in a number of television shows including One Night Stand, Lounge Lizards, Young Comedians Special, and Late Night with David Letterman.
He also had his own one-hour special called Wrong on Every Level.
In 2001, Szeles famously headed to Las Vegas where he took up residency at the Golden Nugget and was later named one of the Top Ten Acts in Vegas by The Las Vegas Review-Journal, his bio states.
Szeles then retied in 2014 and spent time at home with his wife and their daughter Haley before returning to the scene a few years later.
